Couldn't recommend Ariya enough.. I suffer with chronic pain years & migraines have become unbearable! She knew where everybit of pain i had without me saying a word. It was painful but I could feel something was shifting. Had my 2nd one done this morning and can feel something doing again really cannot wait for the end result. I've been having regular treatments with Araya for a year. The acupressure technique she practises is unique in my experience, focussing mainly on the tendons throughout the body and also the acupuncture meridians. I'm an acupuncturist and also practise bodywork (Zero Balancing). This has given me a very clear appreciation of Araya's techniques. Went to Ariya as I was struggling with sciatica really bad could hardly walk. She knew where to start & what pressure points to start with,it wasn't a quick fix & took a few sessions as it has to take time for the nerves etc to heal. But even after the 1st session I could a difference & with each session it eases more.
